Dr. Hodson received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from Wake Forest University. He had his dermatology residency at the University of Michigan, and did his fellowship in Mohs surgery with reconstructive surgery as well as ACGME Procedural Dermatology at the Skin Surgery Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Dr Hodson is a board certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Prior to joining Family Dermatology, Dr. Hodson served in the Army as a teaching faculty member for Brooke Army and Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Centers. Dr. Hodson primarily performs Mohs surgery as well as standard surgery for benign and malignant skin lesions.
