Dr. Ingram earned her medical degree from the
Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA, after completing a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Spanish at Georgetown University, Washington DC.
Prior to completing medical school, she attended Universidad Autonoma
de Madrid, in Spain, where she studied Spanish Literature, History,
Ethics, Art History and Philosophy. She did a post-baccalaureate program
in German at Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA. She is fluent in
Spanish and proficient in German.
Dr. Ingram’s post graduate education included internal medicine
internship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center, Birmingham, AL
and dermatology residency program at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale,
Arizona. She was Chief Resident during her dermatology residency
at Mayo Clinic.
She received numerous awards and recognition while in college and
during her residency years. She has been involved in a lot of volunteer
work and served in Tanzania, Cairo, Mexico and Honduras. She was
presented a Certificate of Appreciation for teledermatology consultation
services rendered in support of 4-4 ARB, 4th Infantry Division during
Operation Iraqi Freedom 2005-2007.
Dr. Ingram is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology,
Phoenix Dermatological Society and American Medical Association.
Her professional interests include general dermatology, cutaneous
manifestations of internal diseases, tropical diseases and international
medicine. She enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.
