Dr Bette Potter graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1981, with a B.S. degree in Biology. She was awarded an M.D. degree from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia in 1985. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at he University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas from July 1985 – June 1986. She went on to complete her Residency in the Department of Dermatology, Medical College of Georgia from July 1986 – June 1989.
